My neighbor is stealing my newspaper! The paper comes very early in the morning, and everyday it is a race to see who can get to my paper first!! This is $@%# ridiculous. What NERVE. I don't have physical evidence, but I know it is him. We are basically the only people up on the block at 5a.m. The other morning I walked out to grab the paper, and it wasn't there.
